The project is situated in the middle of Riyadh City adjoining the "King Abdulaziz" International Conference Centre with abuilt-up area exceeding 213,000 m². The New Luxury Hotel operated by Ritz Carlton, aims to deliver a ‘5-star Plus‘ hotel experience for Official Deligations and VVIP Guests composed of the following : public and common areas, 48 presidential suites, 48 junior suites, 492 rooms and the "Symposium Centre" conference center. The Grandiose Structure, the highest quality of material and the Food and Beverage facilities positioned the Hotel Complex in a category outside the international classification standards. Xavier Cartron was commissioned to Design more than 36,000 m² of Public Spaces : Reception Areas for 700 guests, 3 restaurants serving 900 guests, 3 cafeterias for 450 guests, 3 lounge bars, Banquet hall for 700 guests, The Famous swimming pool, 6-track bowling alley, Fitness Center and Spa. The hotel was awarded the 2011 WORLD TRAVEL AWARD for the exceptional design and services offered by this luxury establishment. The Poject is done in collaboration with M/s Saudi Oger / Oger International the Main Design and Build Contractor for the Project.
