Technical Interior Designer

Job Summary

• Effectively analyses of the technical aspects of the design to ascertain the implications of design decisions relatives to the use of modern technologies;
• Develops detailed designs from agreed concepts, while applying practical design / engineering principles and the latest technological philosophies;
• Has a thorough knowledge of materials and installation techniques and can specify the use of appropriate materials to suit the design requirements and the building budget;
• Meets agreed deadlines and task benchmarks set by the Department;
• Coordinates the functional requirements of electrical, mechanical and structural disciplines to ensure solutions that support the architectural design concept.

Minimum Years of Experience : 8
Preferred Credentials : BIM Professional
