iconic buildings of the country. The project embodies
the 21st century. The project consists of two zones,
one official and the other private.
The outer shell, symbolizing the rock, rests on glass
walls that lighten the whole. Like an oasis, the patio
contrasts with the exterior by integrating elements of
Islamic art.

XXIème siècle. Le projet se compose de deux zones,
l’une officielle et l’autre privative.
La coque extérieure, symbolisant la roche, repose
sur des murs vitrés qui allègent l’ensemble. Tel une
oasis, le patio contraste avec l’extérieur en intégrant
des éléments d’art islamique.
